NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Changfa Resources (Zambia) Limited publishes its 2026 Annual Procurement Plan for the Mokambo Copper Project (Northern Area), with an estimated total value of ZMW 200,000,000.

The procurement scope covers goods, works, and services related to mine construction, infrastructure, operations, and staff support, including but not limited to electricity supply, civil works, mine shaft construction, security services, logistics, fuels and lubricants, construction materials, PPE, catering, medical services, and general supplies.

All procurement will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia and applicable Local Content Policies. Preference will be given to qualified Zambian suppliers.

Interested suppliers are invited to express their interest by contacting the Company.

The Company reserves the right to amend this plan and retains final interpretation rights.
